Xiaomi Arēna is fully accessible venue. Toilets, lifts and public zone are designed for wheelchair use.
If you have any questions on-site, feel free to ask any security guard, who will then redirect you to Arena’s staff.
Venue description
Step-free access to the box office, which is located next to the B entrance.
Step-free access to the viewing area.
For concerts: entrance through sector 111 (sometimes 102)
For corporate events: entrance through sector 102 or 111 (up to event organisers)
For hockey games: entrance through sector 102 (limited number of places)
For other sports events: entrance through sector 102 or 111 (up to event organisers)
Accessible parking
Accessible parking spaces are located near Entrance B of the arena. Access to this parking area is available from Dikmaņa Street or Grostonas Street. Parking is subject to the EuroPark parking rates (in Latvian language).
Please note that the number of accessible parking spaces is limited to 12. If all spaces are occupied, please use other parking areas near Entrances B or C. See the Site Map and the Arena Map for more information.
Personal Assistants
We have a space for Personal Assistants, however, ticket sale for PA is event organisers policy.
Assistance Dogs
Registered Assistance dogs are welcome at Arēna Rīga, but we recommend to contact us via email info@xiaomi-arena.com prior to the event visit in order to get some additional information.
Customers with Medical Requirements
We welcome attendees who need to bring medicines, but we kindly you ask to contact us in advance via email at info@xiaomi-arena.com.
Toilets
Each toilet block in Arēna Rīga is designed for disabled people.
The nearest women toilet is just on the right-hand side of the sector 102 and 111, men toilet just on the left-hand side of the sector 102 and 111.
Strobe Lighting
Strobe lighting may be used during some performances and may not be communicated to the Arena until the day of the event.
