SIA “Arēna Rīga” has launched a significant digitalisation project aimed at improving the management and efficiency of the company’s business processes.

The project is supported under the “EDIC: Support for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence Development in Latvia” programme (No. 2.2.1.1.i.0/1/23/I/CFLA/001).

The project is being implemented within the Test Before Invest programme of the European Digital Innovation Centre (EDIC), which enables companies to test modern digital solutions before their full-scale implementation.

Over a two-month period, SIA “Arēna Rīga”, in cooperation with SIA Datu tehnoloģiju grupa, tested the WORKHOURsolution—a workforce management platform for time tracking, shift scheduling, and project management enhanced with artificial intelligence for data analytics and planning.

The solution is designed for both large and small organisations across a wide range of industries where employee time tracking, shift scheduling, and project management are essential. Its key functionalities include:

• Order execution monitoring;
• Employee shift planning and worked-hours tracking;
• Allocation of working hours by business process;
• Analysis of aggregated operational data;
• Employee time registration and attendance tracking;
• Project workload planning based on historical data stored in the system;
• Centralised employee shift planning and management accessible via both web and mobile applications;
• Dynamic monthly working-hours calculation.
