Starting from June 1, 2025, Xiaomi Arena will take a significant step toward a more modern and convenient visitor experience — all points of sale within the arena will switch to a fully cashless payment system. From then on, guests will only be able to use cashless payment methods when purchasing snacks, drinks, and other products during events.

This decision has been made to improve transaction speed, reduce queues, and provide a more comfortable and secure experience for customers. The arena will accept all major contactless payment methods — payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), smart device payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), as well as other digital payment options.

Visitors are encouraged to prepare for these changes in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at events.
