We offer concert ticket holders the opportunity to exchange the ticket for the cancelled concert for 100% of its value for any other concert organized by the organizer SIA ULTRA EVENTS – Kristina Orbakaite 01.06.2025 19:00 Dzintari Concert Hall, Jūrmala, Alphaville 08.07.2025 at 20:00 Dzintari Concert Hall, Jūrmala, ATB 15.08.2025 20:00 Wondersala, Fedde Le Grand 25.07.2025 at 20:00 Wondersala or Ruslan Bely. New program – Stand Up (Daugavpils Palace of Culture, Great Dzintari, Liepāja and Latgale Embassy GORS).

You can apply for a ticket exchange until May 14, 2025. For further information on the ticket exchange process, please write to info@bilesuserviss.lv. Applications will be processed within 1 month.

If you would like to apply for a refund for your purchased concert tickets, please fill out the application form HERE by June 20, 2025. Applications will be processed gradually, after the ticket exchange is completed, starting from May 15.
